		<description>Minneapolis has been posting the mugshots of men and women charged or charged with solicitation or prostitution since 2004.  I remember thinking it was creepy when I first heard about it, but &lt;a href="http://blogs.citypages.com/blotter/2009/03/pay_for_sex_see.php" rel="nofollow"&gt;putting the pictures on a billboard&lt;/a&gt; redlines my creepometer.</description>
